Terms of Service

Last updated: July 21, 2026

By creating an account or using the SmartFitSpace app or website you agree to these Terms. Read them carefully.

The service

SmartFitSpace generates personalised training programs, tracks workouts and nutrition, and provides an AI coach. It is a fitness tool — not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Health disclaimer

Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have an injury, chronic condition or are pregnant. Stop training if you feel pain, dizziness or discomfort.

Your account

  • You must be 16 or older to create an account.
  • Keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Provide accurate biometric data so plans and load recommendations remain safe.

Acceptable use

  • Don't upload content you don't have the right to share.
  • Don't attempt to reverse engineer, scrape or abuse the service.
  • Don't use the AI coach or form-check to harm yourself or others.

Subscription & billing

We offer a free trial followed by a paid subscription. You can cancel any time from Settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled per applicable consumer-protection law.

Content ownership

You own the photos, videos and notes you upload. You grant us a limited license to process them for the purpose of delivering the service (e.g. generating your program from a room photo).

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or place other users at risk.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, SmartFitSpace is provided "as is" and we exclude implied warranties. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, subject to your mandatory local rights.
